Reflexology and relaxation treatments

Relaxing plantar reflexology (1h)
The movements and pressures applied from the toes to the knees during the relaxing reflexology treatment help improve blood circulation, eliminate accumulated toxins, drain and relax muscles, among other things.

Area of ​​application of the treatment : from the toes to the knees ( recommended outfit : skirt, dress, loose pants that can be rolled up to the knees, shorts, etc.).

 

Stimulating plantar reflexology (1h)

From 5 to 10 minimum sessions, this treatment can reduce or eliminate the stress caused disorders through different protocols. Among the disorders we can find headaches, constipation, muscle pain in the neck and back, insomnia ... this is a non-exhaustive list.

 

Area of application of the treatment : from the toes to the knees ( recommended outfit : skirt, dress, loose pants that can be rolled up to the knees, shorts, etc.).

Palmar reflexology (45min)

Complementary to reflexology, palmar reflexology action on the neuro-musculoskeletal system and is especially suitable for sensitive patients (elderly, pregnant women, people with other areas can not be affected ...). The treatment is applied from the shoulders to the fingertips.

 

Area of application of the treatment : from the fingers to the shoulders ( recommended clothing : tank top or t-shirt).

Facial and cranial reflexology (30min)

Facial reflexology and cranial brings deep physical and mental relaxation, emotional release and a sense of well-being. This treatment is carried out from the shoulders to the skull, passing through the neck and the face.

 

Area of application of the treatment : from the top of the skull to the shoulders (recommended clothing: tank top).

Back relaxation (30min)

Relaxing back care will bring to As a general relaxation of all muscle layers, and will deliver us tension and physical stress and mental accumulated in the tissues.

 

Area of application of the treatment : from the neck to the lower back via the arms (recommended outfit : bare back).

Coaching santé et bien-être

Programme sur trois mois (à raison d'une session par semaine au cabinet ou en visio-conférence), combinant la réflexologie et le coaching. Nous mettons en place un plan d'actions pour atteindre vos objectifs santé et bien-être en se basant sur l'adage "un esprit sain dans un corps sain".

Pré-requis : être disponible une fois par semaine et être prêt à prendre de nouvelles habitudes.
